1. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة، وهي:
- الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال.
- معرّف حساب Google (Google ID) عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google.
- بيانات الفواتير والضمانات التي يرفعها المستخدم أو يستوردها بنفسه (صور الفواتير، البيانات المستخرَجة منها، الأصناف، التصنيفات، المرفقات).
- عند تفعيل ميزة "ربط البريد الإلكتروني" (اختيارية بالكامل): عنوان بريدك وكلمة مرور التطبيق الخاصة به، مخزَّنة بتشفير معتمد (Fernet) لا نصاً صريحاً أبداً.
- بيانات تقنية أمنية: عنوان IP ومعلومات الجهاز/المتصفح عند تسجيل الدخول، لأغراض حماية الحساب فقط (مثل تنبيهك عند دخول من جهاز أو موقع جديد)، وتُحذف سجلاتها تلقائياً بعد فترة قصيرة.
- عند استخدام أدوات إدارة الأعمال الاختيارية (مراكز التكلفة، دفتر الموردين/المتاجر): أي بيانات تُدخلها بنفسك عن جهات تعاملك (اسم، جوال، عنوان).
2. أمان بيانات الدفع
لا تستلم منصّة MyBills ولا تخزّن أي بيانات لبطاقات بنكية أو وسائل دفع على خوادمها إطلاقاً. تتم معالجة كل عمليات الدفع حصرياً عبر بوابات دفع مرخّصة ومستقلة، ولا يصل لنا أو نطّلع على بيانات البطاقة الكاملة بأي شكل. نحتفظ فقط ببيانات الطلب نفسه (الباقة، السعر، الحالة).
3. حماية البيانات وحقوق المستخدم
- لا نبيع ولا نشارك بيانات المستخدم الشخصية مع أي جهة إعلانية أو تسويقية.
- نطبّق بروتوكولات تشفير الاتصال (SSL/HTTPS) على كل البيانات المتبادلة مع المنصّة.
- يحق للمستخدم بأي وقت تحميل نسخة كاملة من بياناته مباشرة من داخل حسابه (تصدير البيانات).
- يحق للمستخدم حذف حسابه وكل بياناته بنفسه، بشكل ذاتي وفوري من داخل التطبيق مباشرة (بعد تأكيد برمز يُرسَل لبريده)، بدون الحاجة للتواصل مع أي جهة. يشمل الحذف: الفواتير والمرفقات والصور المرفوعة، حسابات البريد المربوطة وكلمات مرورها المشفَّرة، والحساب نفسه نهائياً.
تلتزم المنصّة بأحكام نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) فيما يخص جمع ومعالجة وحفظ بيانات المستخدمين.

1. Data We Collect
We collect only the data needed to operate the service:
- Full name, email address, and phone number.
- Google account identifier (Google ID) when signing in with Google.
- Invoice and warranty data you upload or import yourself (receipt images, data extracted from them, line items, categories, attachments).
- If you enable the optional "Email Linking" feature: your mailbox address and its app password, stored using authenticated encryption (Fernet) — never as plain text.
- Security-related technical data: IP address and device/browser information at login, used only to protect your account (e.g. alerting you to a new device or location), with logs automatically purged after a short retention period.
- If you use the optional business tools (cost centers, supplier/store directory): any contact details (name, phone, address) you choose to enter about your own business contacts.
2. Payment Data Security
MyBills never receives or stores any bank card or payment method data on its own servers. All payments are processed exclusively through licensed, independent payment gateways, and we never see or have access to full card details in any form. We only retain the order itself (plan, price, status).
3. Data Protection and User Rights
- We do not sell or share personal user data with any advertising or marketing party.
- We apply connection encryption protocols (SSL/HTTPS) to all data exchanged with the platform.
- You may download a full copy of your data at any time directly from your account (data export).
- You may delete your account and all your data yourself, instantly, from within the app (after confirming with a code sent to your own email) — no need to contact anyone. Deletion includes your invoices, attachments and uploaded images, any linked mailbox and its encrypted password, and the account itself.
The platform complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) regarding the collection, processing, and retention of user data.
