1. طبيعة الخدمة

منصّة MyBills أداة سحابية لتنظيم وإدارة فواتيرك ومصروفاتك وبيانات ضماناتك بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي. المنصّة ليست جهة استشارية مالية أو محاسبية أو مصرفية، ولا تقدّم أي نصيحة مالية أو ضريبية. المستخدم هو المسؤول الأول والأخير عن دقة البيانات التي يرفعها أو يُقرّها داخل حسابه، وعن أي قرار يبنيه على تحليلات المنصّة.

2. الباقات والدفع المسبق (Prepaid Access)

  • تقدّم المنصّة باقة مجانية بحدود محدودة، وباقات مدفوعة تمنح وصولاً لميزات متقدمة لفترة زمنية محددة مسبقة الدفع.
  • لا يوجد تجديد تلقائي أو أي سحب آلي دوري من أي بطاقة أو وسيلة دفع.
  • عند انتهاء فترة الباقة المدفوعة، يعود الحساب تلقائياً لحدود الباقة المجانية، ما لم يجدّد المستخدم اشتراكه يدوياً بنفسه.

3. تعديل الأسعار والميزات

تحتفظ المنصّة بحقها الكامل في تعديل الأسعار، الميزات، أو حدود أي باقة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. تسري أي تعديلات على العمليات والاشتراكات المستقبلية فقط، ولا تؤثر على أي اشتراك مدفوع وسارٍ فعلاً وقت التعديل.

4. سياسة عدم الاسترجاع (No-Refund Policy)

كافة المبيعات نهائية. لا يحق للمستخدم استرداد أي مبلغ (كلياً أو جزئياً) فور إتمام عملية الدفع وتفعيل الباقة أو الميزة المدفوعة، نظراً للطبيعة الرقمية الفورية للمنتج البرمجي وعدم إمكانية "استرجاعه" بعد الاستفادة منه.

5. تقديم الخدمة وإخلاء المسؤولية

  • تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" (As-Is) و"كما هي متوفرة"، دون أي ضمان صراحة أو ضمناً باستمرارية الخدمة بلا انقطاع.
  • لا تتحمّل المنصّة أي مسؤولية عن انقطاع الإنترنت لدى المستخدم، أو أي توقف طارئ أو مؤقت لخوادم المنصّة لأسباب خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة.
  • يُمنع منعاً كلياً القيام بأي هندسة عكسية (Reverse Engineering) للمنصّة، أو استخدام أي أداة لسحب البيانات الآلي (Scraping) دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
  • تحتفظ إدارة المنصّة بحق تعليق أو حظر أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط فوراً ودون إشعار مسبق.

6. القانون المعتمد

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لأنظمة ولوائح المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها المختصة بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. Nature of the Service

MyBills is a cloud tool for organizing and managing your invoices, expenses, and warranty data with the help of AI. The platform is not a financial, accounting, or banking advisory service, and does not provide financial or tax advice. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of any data they upload or confirm within their account, and for any decision made based on the platform's analytics.

2. Plans and Prepaid Access

  • The platform offers a limited free plan, and paid plans granting access to advanced features for a fixed, prepaid period.
  • There is no automatic renewal or recurring automatic charge to any card or payment method.
  • When a paid plan period ends, the account automatically reverts to the free plan's limits unless the user manually renews their subscription.

3. Changes to Pricing and Features

The platform reserves the full right to modify pricing, features, or plan limits at any time without prior notice. Any changes apply only to future transactions and subscriptions, and do not affect a paid subscription already active at the time of the change.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Users are not entitled to a full or partial refund once a payment is completed and the paid plan or feature is activated, due to the instant digital nature of the software product.

5. Service Provision and Disclaimer

  • The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted availability.
  • The platform bears no responsibility for the user's internet connectivity, or for any unplanned or temporary server downtime due to reasons beyond reasonable control.
  • Reverse engineering of the platform, or the use of any automated scraping tool, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
  • Platform management reserves the right to immediately suspend or ban any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
